Delivery times
The delivery time of the products is 2-5 days in mainland Spain, Portugal, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, 7 and 10 days for other international shipments, always after having formalized the order and that the selected product is available in our warehouses, in case you do not have the product in stock you will be informed of the delivery time.
The usual deadlines for deliveries of material without stock, will depend on the shipping system of our suppliers, 40PER20 HANDBOL will always inform you of the approximate delivery time and will try to shorten the deadlines to the bare minimum and keep you informed at all times.40PER20 HANDBOL performs transport services with MRW for domestic shipments and in Portugal and UPS for international shipments.
For returns, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order, in which case the shipping costs are borne by you , we will inform you of the shipping costs and method of payment.

For the return to be accepted, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. It is very important that you return the exchange or return products perfectly packaged. In the event of damage to the products due to improper packaging, a refund will not be accepted.
Once the goods have been inspected in our warehouses and we have verified that everything complies with the aforementioned conditions, 40PER20 HANDBOL will accept the return of the product and the new product will be shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only in case of defective products or incorrect shipments the shipping costs are borne by 40PER20 HANDBOL.

If a shipment is withheld at customs, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the applicable taxes and / or tariffs. 40per20 handball does not cover this cost or the possible delay that this situation may entail in the delivery of the package.
This withholding will not be an acceptable reason to return the product.
